We have stayed in other rentals on the island and often found they were lacking in amenities (especially in the kitchen.) Naturally, we have gone to great lengths to make sure that we provide everything you need to make your trip comfortable & inviting. We also loved Ho’okipa Beach Park where we watched surfers and got to see turtles on the sand. The Gypsy App for the road to Hana was also great! We loved having the harbor so close and frequently walked there for boat tours (snorkeling at Molokini with Saul Maui was fabulous- highly recommend- and a sunset cruise on the Calypso - stunning views), coffee and tea at the general store (they also have a fabulous pineapple mule), food and drinks at a variety of places and access to a gym + cross fit at Club Maui (it was $100 for a couple for a week with access to both). Another highlight was dinner at Maui Chef’s Table. It was a great experience, we would highly recommend for foodies. We are so sad to go home but we will definitely be back! Condo is beautiful and the central location was perfect for us! The view from the lanai is incredible and we loved watching the turtles. The provided beach chairs + coolers were super appreciated and helpful. Cold drinks are essential in these temperatures. We enjoyed a trip to Lanai with Trilogy (highly recommend) the Road to Hana, Big Beach, Lahaina town and Haleakala. One of our favorite eateries was Tante’s Fishmarket right down the street! Good food and a great happy hour at a convenient location! All in all a wonderful stay. Now we’re off to the Big Island! This was our first trip to Maui after we got engaged and we can’t thank you enough for such a wonderful home. We managed to go diving with both Lahaina Divers and Maui Dreams Dive Co for both the Lanai Cathedrals & a night dive off Kihei. We also enjoyed the Feast at Lele and just snorkeling everywhere. Yet the elusive sea turtles have yet to be seen, but we will definitely come back for them! PS Managed to do the entire loop of Hana Highway with a Mustang without much difficulty! We arrived late + did not know where to get supplies so we had to find a place to get coffee in the AM. Perhaps a couple of coffee pods could be added. All that aside, we loved staying here + with the airflow we didn’t need the A/C. The view from the lanai is spectacular + we loved sitting there when we shared our wine. We used the snorkel gear and saw sea turtles @ Black Rock Beach. Road to Hana was great. (keep in mind you will have NO Phone Service on 95% of the Road to Hana.) We paid 7 bucks for the gypsy app and it was so good. Not sure if we would have found all the sights without it. We had a good dinner @ Beach Bums (right down the street) and the smoked spam sandwich was yummy! All of your amenities were so useful. We would love to come back some day!! Mahalo! We had an incredible stay here! Friendly, quiet, beautiful and perfectly located to explore Maui from. We love to snorkel and did so every day we were here.
